Responsibilities:
Doing all about HR administration:
- Conduct HR Contract for new employee and prepare for induction training
- Maintain and monitoring HRIS
- Prepare regular reports, summarize data, including information updates for HRIS
- Organize and maintain files for departmental correspondence, records, etc
- Medical and annual leave administration
- General filing, etc
- Min. 1 year experience as HR admin
- Prefer have knowledge about payroll & compensation benefit system
- Knowledge about Manpower regulation
- Good presentation & communication skill
- Fluent in English both written and spoken
- Expert in Ms. Office (Word, Excel, Power Pint, etc)
- Detail oriented, diligent, persistent, agile, honest,loyal, reliable, and able to work independent or in team
